Aust-China Group was established in Melbourne, Australia in 1988. Over the seventeen years business march, it has properly adjusted its direction with the market trend over the time and finally become a powerful comprehensive business group. Its subsidiaries comprise business from property development and investment, education network, international trade, newspaper publishing, tourism, financial investment to Chinese medicine.

There have been three significant transitions during the company growth. The company tour started with Chinese medicine service. At the beginning, Chinese medicine technology was not legally approved by Australian government. However, regardless of the difficulties, with a strong belief in its potential, the company managed to convince the government and the public into Chinese medicine's great effectiveness with numbers of facts and evidence. The Group has also been concentrating on the commercial exchange between Australia and China. Over the past decade, it has organized more than 200 trade delegations to visit Australia and facilitated millions of dollars transactions. The great performance has been approved by both Australian and Chinese government, and established its status as "a gold bridge of commercial and cultural exchange between Australia and China". From the year 2002, under the support of both governments, Aust-China Group started to hold the annual "Aust-China Property Trade and Investment Forum" to assist the bilateral investment and cooperation.
